When you buy a gift voucher, you will receive it by e-mail the same day. The email contains a unique number that you can enter at check-out. You can forward this email to the recipient or print it out and turn it into a personal card!

* The gift voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue and can be used on walljar.com. After the expiry date, the card can no longer be used as a payment or can be reactivated. Also, the remaining value will not be refunded. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Postage costs
We offer free shipping from an order value of €65 shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium! For orders under €65, the shipping and packaging costs are €6.95.

Delivery time
That depends on where you are. Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium?

• Posters and framed posters: ordered before 12:00, delivered tomorrow
• Other products 2-5 working days

Do you live in another country within the EU? Then delivery takes a maximum of 7 days. Overseas deliveries may take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.

Your order will be delivered by default 08:30 and 22:00 hours on the expected day of delivery by our shipping partners.

How is the order shipped?
All prints are packaged in a sturdy cardboard box, ensuring they arrive to you in perfect condition. From our office in the Netherlands we ship our products to all countries within the EU.
